Solid Leg Bands and helpful support
I purchased the Leg Resistance Bands and a separate pair of Ankle Straps. The quality of the bands themselves is excellent; they feel very durable and provide good resistance for my agility training. Good system, small issue
I bought the Full Body Resistance Trainer and overall, I'm happy with it. The bands are strong, and the system really helps with my shadow boxing. Assembly was straightforward enough.
